Hello

My name is Angie Woody. I’m the founder of Momentum HR Consulting, LLC, where I partner with organizations across the United States to build stronger, more people‑focused workplaces. With a deep background in Human Resources and a passion for helping businesses and individuals thrive, I bring a practical, compassionate, and solutions‑driven approach to every client relationship. My work is rooted in integrity, continuous learning, and a genuine commitment to supporting others — values that guide both my professional journey and my life outside of work.

My Story

With more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of supporting teams across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, HOA management, environmental services, and quick‑serve restaurants. Each chapter of my career has strengthened my belief that people are the heart of every organization — and that thoughtful, strategic HR can transform workplaces.

As a U.S. Army veteran, I bring a strong sense of discipline, service, and resilience to my work. Those values continue to shape how I support clients, lead through challenges, and approach every partnership with integrity and purpose.

In April 2025, after learning that my full‑time role was at risk due to an organizational sale, I chose to turn uncertainty into opportunity. That decision became Momentum HR Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing practical, people‑centered HR support to clients across the United States. Today, I partner with businesses of all sizes to help them navigate compliance, strengthen culture, and build sustainable HR practices that truly serve their teams.

I’m proud to hold my SHRM‑CP certification, along with education in HR Management from Villanova University and Conflict Resolution from Cornell University. I continue to expand my expertise through ongoing SHRM‑certified coursework, ensuring my clients benefit from current, credible HR knowledge.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom to two wonderful children, and a firm believer that a home isn’t complete without pets. I grew up in North Carolina — the place I still call home — and I’m grateful for the opportunities and community it has given me. In my personal time, you’ll often find me singing on the worship team at church, lending a hand to those in need, or simply enjoying time with my family.

Momentum HR Consulting is more than a business to me — it’s a way to help others move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
